Kyle Kasmarick, Partner

Kyle Kasmarick is a founding partner at Syregelas & Kasmarick LLC, where he practices nearly exclusively in litigation and focuses within the areas of medical malpractice, wrongful death, catastrophic injury and employment law cases. 

He has a highly respected trial record, including a recent verdict of $1,500,000 in a medical malpractice case where the defense made no offer at any point and the jury deliberated just over one hour following five days of trial.  In May, 2017, he successfully represented a pedestrian who was struck by a motor-vehicle while crossing Cicero Ave., in Chicago.  While the defendants' final offer was $35,000, Mr. Kasmarick obtained a jury award of $247,000 despite his client's admission he did not cross within any cross walk and did not look for oncoming traffic.  

Mr. Kasmarick has also obtained several multi-million dollar awards for the firm's clients including a $7,600,000 award for the family of child who suffered a brain injury after birth and $2,500,000 for the family of hospital maintenance worker killed in a construction accident.  He has also successfully argued and prosecuted nearly a dozen appellate cases before the Appellate Court for the First District of Illinois and Illinois Supreme Court.

Kyle graduated with honors from DePaul University College of Law in 2008 and thereafter joined The Law Offices of Nicholas C. Syregelas where he was named partner in 2016. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Illinois State Bar Association, Illinois Trial Lawyers Association and American Association for Justice.
